The varied exercise programme is designed for maximum results, using techniques from metabolic and interval training. The nutrition plan first detoxes your body, kick-starting it into fat burning mode, then educates you on the right foods to eat to maintain a slim, healthy body. By instructing you on what to eat and when, the Tri-Plan makes it almost impossible to stray from the diet – and if you do, it’s easy to get back on track. Once you sign up, you’re given a unique login to our online portal where you’ll have access to all the recipes, exercise videos and other tools required to complete the Tri-Plan. It will deliver daily recipes and exercise in a personalised, planned-out structure and you’ll also have access to the Progress Tracker. This lets you upload pictures and measurements so you can keep a record of the weight you lose – nothing boosts motivation like seeing your progress in action! You’ll also receive regular emails featuring extra recipes, motivational tips and useful information. We’ll also send you a free tape measure so you can accurately track your progress.
