Peter’s Amazing Fitness Transformation

When I first met with new client Peter I asked him what he wanted to achieve in our training sessions. He replied “I need to lose a couple of stone and feel healthier”

In truth he needed to lose 4-5 stone, massively improve his diet and change his lifestyle.

Peter was 20 stone, in our first session he lasted 15 minutes and left with wobbly legs and a banging head ache!!!

He returned a few days later for more of the same and very quickly Peter saw a huge difference.  He lost nearly 2 stone of fat in the first month and his fitness levels had gone through the roof. Within 6 months Peter had lost over 6 stone and completely turned his life around, training 5-6 times a week, he had taken up cycling and running to compliment lifting weights in the gym.

Everyone has their own personal goals and aspirations, but the difference between success and failure is lifestyle. Peter has managed to do this, he still enjoys eating out and having a cheat meal every week but 90% of the time he is on plan.

In Peter’s words…

“By following the Tri-Plan with Sam I have lost over 6 and a half stone. Before I met Sam and started to use the Tri-Plan my lifestyle meant I was heading for serious health problems. I was eating out most days and eating the wrong foods, I had heavy drinking weekends and a very sweet tooth! Peter is now a keen cyclist and has just been away with me and 2 other clients on a cycling trip to the Lake District. If you had asked Peter a year ago if he could cycle a hilly 50 mile route he would have said no chance!! So the take home message is never think the task ahead is too big, you can do anything you want with the right motivation and determination.
