Sam Witter is a personal trainer and nutritionist who has helped celebrities such as Coleen Rooney and Mel C achieve their health and fitness goals.
A love for sport and fitness growing up led him to pursue a career as a personal trainer. As he developed his knowledge of the way the body works, he became more and more interested in hormone and bio-signature analysis and the different hormonal effects of certain foods on the body.
Sam’s passion is taking everything he has learned about the human body and using it to educate people about the right ways to stay slim, fit and healthy. He has been able to incorporate his research into hormones and nutrition into his personal training, teaching his clients the right foods to eat and when in order to achieve maximum results from their training. He recently worked with chef to the stars Dean Harper and together they developed recipes that are not only packed full of nutrients, but also extremely tasty. This led to the development of My Nutrition Plan, which was successfully launched in 2014.
Further work with renowned life coaches and psychologists led to the development of TRI-PLAN, a new way for everyone to get the same results as his celebrity clients by changing the way they think about EXERCISE, NUTRITION and MIND.
